The Planning Commission is an advisory board to the City Council and also consists of five members appointed by the City Council. The Planning Commission uses various plans and studies to guide the development of the community. This group meets at 7 pm the second Tuesday of each month, as needed. It is responsible for conducting public hearings to receive public comment on development proposals, subdivisions, zoning ordinance amendments, variances and conditional use permits.
