The Albertville City Code is comprised of the municipal laws adopted by the City Council in the form of ordinance. The Code is in a continuing state of change, as new ordinances are periodically adopted by a vote of the City Council.

Changes to the City Code become effective the day of publication in the newspaper of record, the Crow River News, unless the ordinance changing the Code provides otherwise.

Fee Schedule

The City Council adopts an annual Fee Schedule outlining fees for city services. The City Clerk typically presents the Fee Schedule to the City Council through an annual ordinance that sets all city fees. It may be periodically updated throughout the year, as needed.
