APPLY

The following items are needed for all rental properties:

• Rental Property Application Form (this form needs to be completed and signed annually)
• Annual License fee for Single Family property of $100
  Apartment Complex fees are different, please contact the Building Department at 763-497-3384 x103 if you have questions.

Please complete the application and return with payment. Once these items have been completed, the City will issue your 2024 Rental License. Failure to comply with the above requirements will result in late fee charges, no late fees will be waived.

INSPECTIONS

A rental inspection is required every other year. The inspection and any required corrections need to be completed prior to renewal of the license.
